Making Active Places 2026: Refund, transfer and ticket use policy

Refunds

All tickets for Making Active Places 2026 are non‑refundable.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded for any reason. This incudes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, inability to attend, or booking errors.

If the event is cancelled by Active Travel England, refunds will be provided in line with Eventbrite’s organiser refund policy requirements.

This policy is in place to ensure Active Travel England can deliver events at the highest possible quality.

Ticket transfers and shared attendance

Tickets may be transferred (gifted) to another individual within the same organisation. Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to different organisations.

Where tickets are transferred, the original ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring that attendee details, including access and dietary requirements, are updated accurately in Eventbrite before the event.

Accurate information allows Active Travel England and the venue to provide the appropriate support and catering at the event. Incorrect or outdated information may limit our ability to meet individual needs on the day.

Before you purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you:

  • understand and accept this no refund policy
  • understand the conditions for ticket transfers and shared attendance
  • accept responsibility for ensuring attendee information is accurate and up to date
