Spotlight on behavioural science

About this webinar

Do you want to learn how to identify and overcome the barriers people face when choosing to walk, wheel or cycle? Join Dr Moira Nicolson, Lead Behavioural Scientist at the Cabinet Office for an introductory session on how to apply behavioural science to active travel.

In this session Moira will introduce a simple and powerful tool that is used across UK Government to address a range of complex challenges including state-backed disinformation, violence against women and girls as well as to promote positive climate action. Moira will focus on how active travel professionals can use this tool to identify and overcome the barriers different people face in making walking, wheeling and cycling their preferred choice to get around.
