What is the Big Bike Revival?

The Big Bike Revival programme is funded by Active Travel England and delivered by the charity Cycling UK to increase the number of journeys undertaken by cycle.

The programme supports non-cyclists and people who used to cycle to feel confident and safe when cycling through local initiatives, clinics and training on how to ride and repair bikes.

The free programme includes a variety of social and inclusive activities which are delivered by local community groups and organisations, underpinned by a behavioural change model.

The programme has reached over 640,000 people since launching in 2014.
